{"id":16434,"date":"2021-05-10T10:43:19","date_gmt":"2021-05-10T13:43:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=16434"},"modified":"2021-05-10T10:43:19","modified_gmt":"2021-05-10T13:43:19","slug":"comissao-rejeita-tarifa-social-de-energia-para-microempreendedor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/05\/10\/comissao-rejeita-tarifa-social-de-energia-para-microempreendedor\/","title":{"rendered":"COMISS\u00c3O REJEITA TARIFA SOCIAL DE ENERGIA PARA MICROEMPREENDEDOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O projeto altera a lei que trata da Tarifa Social de Energia El\u00e9trica<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Comiss\u00e3o de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico, Ind\u00fastria, Com\u00e9rcio e Servi\u00e7os da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados rejeitou, na quarta-feira (6), o Projeto de Lei 1767\/20, que inclui na Tarifa Social de Energia El\u00e9trica o microempreendedor individual (MEI) com rendimentos tribut\u00e1veis de at\u00e9 R$ 28,5 mil no ano anterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O relator, deputado Joaquim Passarinho (PSD-PA), recomendou a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cAinda que merit\u00f3ria, a concess\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio imp\u00f5e novos custos, suportados predominantemente por encargos na fatura dos consumidores\u201d, disse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para o autor da proposta, deputado Silvio Costa Filho (Republicanos-PE), \u201cnada mais justo\u201d do que incluir o MEI com baixa renda nesse programa, que garante descontos na conta de luz.
