Na Adin (n\u00ba 5090), o partido argumenta que os trabalhadores teriam sofrido preju\u00edzo acumulado de R$ 27 bilh\u00f5es em 2013 e de R$ 6,8 bilh\u00f5es apenas nos dois primeiros meses de 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por enquanto, a Uni\u00e3o est\u00e1 vencendo a discuss\u00e3o na Justi\u00e7a. Em 2018, a 1\u00aa Se\u00e7\u00e3o do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ) autorizou a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da TR como \u00edndice de corre\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria dos saldos das contas vinculadas ao FGTS.
