Pelo texto, o envio ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel at\u00e9 30 dias ap\u00f3s a san\u00e7\u00e3o da futura lei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A proposta em an\u00e1lise na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados altera a Lei Complementar 176\/20. Aprovada no ano passado, essa norma prev\u00ea a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o da Uni\u00e3o por perdas no ICMS para ente federativo que formalizou at\u00e9 14 de janeiro de 2021 a ren\u00fancia de eventuais a\u00e7\u00f5es na Justi\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cA manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo trar\u00e1 injusti\u00e7a para munic\u00edpios que n\u00e3o conseguiram atender \u00e0quela determina\u00e7\u00e3o legal e tiveram perdas com a desonera\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS sobre as exporta\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, disse a autora, deputada Leandre (PV-PR).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tramita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O projeto ser\u00e1 analisado pelas comiss\u00f5es de Finan\u00e7as e Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o; e de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a e de Cidadania.
