Na apela\u00e7\u00e3o ao TRF1, a empresa alegou que teve valores descontados de sua conta banc\u00e1ria, via sistema Bacen Jud, sem que tenha sido citada, ou seja, notificada de que deveria fazer algum pagamento por decis\u00e3o judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O caso foi analisado pelo desembargador federal Hercules Fajoses. O magistrado enfatizou que sobre a quest\u00e3o, o entendimento jurisprudencial do pr\u00f3prio TRF1 e do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ) \u00e9 no sentido de proibir o bloqueio de ativos financeiros e a indisponibilidade dos bens do contribuinte que n\u00e3o foi previamente citado. &#8221; Com a cita\u00e7\u00e3o d\u00e1-se ci\u00eancia da cobran\u00e7a ao executado, oportunizando-lhe o pagamento da d\u00edvida ou a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de bem \u00e0 penhora.
