DOU de 20.04.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Portaria RFB n\u00ba 29\/2021 institui o Ponto de Atendimento Virtual (PAV) da Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB) e aprovou as minutas-padr\u00e3o para sua implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme os Anexos I e II da norma em refer\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O PAV consiste em espa\u00e7o estruturado por ente parceiro para fornecimento de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es e presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os da RFB, implantado ap\u00f3s a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de parceria mediante Acordo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica ou Acordo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o, em conformidade com as minutas-padr\u00e3o supramencionadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O interessado que demandar servi\u00e7os por meio de PAV dever\u00e1 dar autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o expressa para uso do servi\u00e7o e para acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es protegidas por sigilo fiscal, conforme o Anexo III da norma em refer\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral de Atendimento (Cogea) dever\u00e1 ser notificada sobre a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o dos acordos supramencionados para publica\u00e7\u00e3o no site da RFB, e no caso de celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de acordos com entidades classificadas como Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Sociedade Civil (OSC), os respectivos planos de trabalho tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o ser publicados no site da RFB, em cumprimento ao disposto no art. 10 da Lei n\u00ba 13.019\/2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria RFB n\u00ba 29\/2021 &#8211;
