Assim, a 10\u00aa Vara Federal do Rio Grande do Norte concedeu liminar para garantir a isen\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto sobre produtos industrializados (IPI) a uma pessoa com defici\u00eancia na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de um ve\u00edculo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O autor conta que obteve autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de isen\u00e7\u00e3o em novembro do \u00faltimo ano e assinou no m\u00eas seguinte o contrato de inten\u00e7\u00e3o de compra, com previs\u00e3o de conclus\u00e3o da venda entre mar\u00e7o e abril deste ano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por\u00e9m, no in\u00edcio de mar\u00e7o foi editada a Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 1.034\/2021, que estabeleceu que o incentivo fiscal s\u00f3 se aplica a ve\u00edculos que custam at\u00e9 R$ 70 mil. Como o pre\u00e7o do carro era superior, a concession\u00e1ria lhe informou de que a isen\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o seria poss\u00edvel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O juiz Lauro Henrique Lobo Bandeira considerou que a MP violou a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e pegou o contribuinte de surpresa ao prever sua vig\u00eancia imediata.
