DOU &#8211; Edi\u00e7\u00e3o Extra de 01.04.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Receita Federal alterou o Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Executivo Cogea n\u00ba 3\/2020, que enumera os servi\u00e7os solicitados por meio de Dossi\u00ea Digital de Atendimento (DDA), para a inclus\u00e3o dos seguintes servi\u00e7os:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) Atestado de Rendimentos Auferidos no Brasil por N\u00e3o Residentes previsto na Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.226\/2011 ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) entrega de documentos para an\u00e1lise de atos no Cadastro de Im\u00f3veis Rurais, conforme previsto nos arts. 9\u00ba e 10 da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 2.008\/2021 ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de esclarecimentos para cartas de convoca\u00e7\u00e3o, acompanhamento ou regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de obra de constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil; e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">d) Impugna\u00e7\u00e3o ao Termo de Indeferimento da Op\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Simples Nacional&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No mais, foi revogado o inciso XXXVIII do caput do art. 1\u00ba do Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Executivo Cogea n\u00ba 3\/2020, e consequentemente, foi retirado do rol de servi\u00e7os do DDA, a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e2mite processual priorit\u00e1rio de acordo com o art. 69-A da Lei 9.784\/1999 .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Ato Declarat\u00f3rio Executivo COGEA n\u00ba 2\/2021 &#8211;
