A autora da a\u00e7\u00e3o pedia que fosse declarada a inexigibilidade das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es incidentes sobre o sal\u00e1rio-maternidade pago aos seus empregados. Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa tamb\u00e9m requereu o ressarcimento dos valores recolhidos indevidamente nos \u00faltimos cinco anos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ao analisar os autos, o desembargador federal R\u00f4mulo Pizzolatti\u00a0concluiu que a decis\u00e3o do STF tamb\u00e9m se aplica aos adicionais de al\u00edquota destinados ao SAT\/RAT e terceiros.
