PORTARIA MF N\u00ba 12, DE 2012, E INSTRU\u00c7\u00c3O NORMATIVA RFB N\u00ba 1.243, DE 2012. SITUA\u00c7\u00c3O DE CALAMIDADE P\u00daBLICA DE \u00c2MBITO NACIONAL.
