{"id":15477,"date":"2021-03-19T11:07:48","date_gmt":"2021-03-19T14:07:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=15477"},"modified":"2021-03-19T11:07:48","modified_gmt":"2021-03-19T14:07:48","slug":"remessa-de-bonificacao-novo-cfop-altera-forma-de-emissao-de-notas-fiscais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/03\/19\/remessa-de-bonificacao-novo-cfop-altera-forma-de-emissao-de-notas-fiscais\/","title":{"rendered":"REMESSA DE BONIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O: NOVO CFOP ALTERA FORMA DE EMISS\u00c3O DE NOTAS FISCAIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Com a altera\u00e7\u00e3o na tabela CFOP, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio atribuir c\u00f3digo espec\u00edfico para emiss\u00f5es de notas fiscais com itens em bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Ajuste Sinief 16\/20, de 30 de julho de 2020 promover\u00e1 altera\u00e7\u00f5es na tabela CFOP e a partir de 01\/01\/2022 e consequentemente na forma como emitimos notas fiscais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dentre outras altera\u00e7\u00f5es, uma delas ser\u00e1 a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00f3digo espec\u00edfico para emiss\u00f5es de notas fiscais com itens em bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Considera-se como bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o a mercadoria que, por liberalidade do vendedor (ou fornecedor), \u00e9 distribu\u00edda gratuitamente ao adquirente (ou cliente).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na pr\u00e1tica, ela ocorre quando do faturamento de determinada quantidade de produto ao pre\u00e7o normal, mas sendo entregue uma quantidade de mercadoria ou produto maior do que o normal para aquele pre\u00e7o acertado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sendo assim, a partir de 2022, devemos efetuar as emiss\u00f5es com itens em bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o utilizando o CFOP especifico definido para estas opera\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; 1.936 e 2.936<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Entrada de bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; 5.936 e 6.936<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Remessa de bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Lembrando que, at\u00e9 dia 31\/12\/2021 estas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de \u201cRemessa de Bonifica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d continuam sendo enquadradas nos CFOP\u2019s 1.910, 2.910, 5.910 e 6.910;
