DOU 1 de 19.03.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Portaria Carf n\u00ba 3.249\/2021 , cujas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es entrar\u00e3o em vigor em 1\u00ba.04.2021, altera a Portaria Carf n\u00ba 690\/2021 , que regulamenta a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de reuni\u00e3o de julgamento n\u00e3o presencial, por videoconfer\u00eancia ou tecnologia similar, prevista no art. 53, \u00a7\u00a7 1\u00ba, 2\u00ba, 4\u00ba e 5\u00ba do Anexo II do Regimento Interno do Carf, bem assim de sess\u00e3o extraordin\u00e1ria, por meio de videoconfer\u00eancia, para o julgamento da representa\u00e7\u00e3o de nulidade de que trata o art. 80 do mesmo Anexo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com a altera\u00e7\u00e3o ora inclu\u00edda, enquadram-se na modalidade de julgamento n\u00e3o presencial os processos cujo valor original seja de at\u00e9 R$ 36.000.000,00 (anteriormente o limite era de at\u00e9 R$ 12.000.000,00), assim considerado o valor constante do sistema eProcesso na data da indica\u00e7\u00e3o para a pauta, bem como os recursos, independentemente do valor do processo, cuja(s) mat\u00e9ria(s) seja(m) exclusivamente objeto de:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">I &#8211; s\u00famula ou resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do CARF; ou<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">II &#8211; decis\u00f5es transitadas em julgado do Supremo Tribunal Federal ou do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, proferidas na sistem\u00e1tica da repercuss\u00e3o geral ou dos recursos repetitivos, respectivamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria Carf n\u00ba 3.249\/2021 &#8211;
