DOU de 18.03.2021.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No per\u00edodo de 30.04 a 30.06.2021, fica elevado, temporariamente, o limite de valor para julgamentos de recursos em sess\u00f5es n\u00e3o presenciais pelo Conselho Administrativo de Recursos Fiscais (Carf), de R$ 1.000.000,00, para R$ 36.000.000,00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Esse limite est\u00e1 originalmente previsto no \u00a7 2\u00ba do art. 53 do Anexo II \u00e0 Portaria n\u00ba 343\/2015, do extinto Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda (MF), o qual estabelece que podem ser julgados em sess\u00f5es n\u00e3o presenciais os recursos em processos cujo valor original seja inferior a R$ 1.000.000,00 ou, independentemente do valor, forem objeto de s\u00famula ou resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do Carf, ou de decis\u00f5es definitivas do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) ou do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ) proferidas na sistem\u00e1tica dos arts. 543-B e 543-C da Lei n\u00ba 5.869\/1973 (antigo C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil &#8211; CPC ), ou dos arts. 1.036 a 1.041 da Lei n\u00ba 13.105\/2015 ( CPC vigente).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No entanto, vale lembrar, que em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do estado de emerg\u00eancia em sa\u00fade p\u00fablica decorrente do coronav\u00edrus (Covid-19), esse limite vem sendo elevado sucessivamente, para R$ 8.000.000,00 (de 1\u00ba.09.2020 a 14.01.2021) e para R$ 12.000.000,00 (de 15.01 a 31.03.2021).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No mais, foi autorizada a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de julgamento de representa\u00e7\u00e3o de nulidade, em sess\u00e3o virtual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria ME n\u00ba 3.138\/2021 &#8211;
