{"id":15382,"date":"2021-03-16T10:09:58","date_gmt":"2021-03-16T13:09:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=15382"},"modified":"2021-03-16T10:10:11","modified_gmt":"2021-03-16T13:10:11","slug":"pgfn-reabre-hoje-negociacoes-de-debitos-com-beneficios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2021\/03\/16\/pgfn-reabre-hoje-negociacoes-de-debitos-com-beneficios\/","title":{"rendered":"PGFN REABRE HOJE NEGOCIA\u00c7\u00d5ES DE D\u00c9BITOS COM BENEF\u00cdCIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Inicia hoje a transa\u00e7\u00e3o dos d\u00e9bitos tribut\u00e1rios vencidos no per\u00edodo de mar\u00e7o a dezembro de 2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional (PGFN) publicou a Portaria PGFN\/ME n\u00ba 2381, de 26 fevereiro de 2021, que reabre hoje os prazos para ades\u00e3o a negocia\u00e7\u00f5es do Programa de Retomada Fiscal no Portal Regularize, disponibilizando as modalidades Transa\u00e7\u00e3o Extraordin\u00e1ria, Transa\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria de Pequeno Valor e a Transa\u00e7\u00e3o Excepcional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Programa de Retomada Fiscal, \u00e9 um conjunto de a\u00e7\u00f5es adotadas cujo objetivo \u00e9 estimular a conformidade fiscal referentes d\u00e9bitos inscritos em d\u00edvida ativa da Uni\u00e3o, possibilitando a retomada da atividade produtiva em raz\u00e3o dos efeitos da pandemia de Covid-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Poder\u00e3o ser negociados, nos termos do Programa, os d\u00e9bitos inscritos em d\u00edvida ativa da Uni\u00e3o at\u00e9 31 de agosto de 2021.
