O Sistema de Recolhimento Mensal Obrigat\u00f3rio (Carn\u00ea-Le\u00e3o) estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o online j\u00e1 para o ano-calend\u00e1rio 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O novo sistema \u00e9 multiexerc\u00edcio, ou seja, poder\u00e1 ser utilizado para todos os fatos geradores a partir de 01\/01\/2021. Para os anos anteriores, o contribuinte obrigado ao recolhimento mensal de imposto de renda precisava baixar o programa em seu computador, assim como a M\u00e1quina Virtual Java (JVM) compat\u00edvel para gerar o DARF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">S\u00e3o obrigados ao recolhimento mensal os contribuintes pessoas f\u00edsicas, residentes no Brasil, que receberam rendimentos de outra pessoa f\u00edsica ou do exterior, assim como, aqueles que receberam os emolumentos e custas de serventu\u00e1rios da Justi\u00e7a, como tabeli\u00e3es, not\u00e1rios, oficiais p\u00fablicos e outros, independentemente de a fonte ser pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica, exceto quando foram remunerados exclusivamente pelos cofres p\u00fablicos, devem realizar o recolhimento mensal obrigat\u00f3rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para utilizar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Carn\u00ea Le\u00e3o \u00e9 muito simples.
