O entendimento \u00e9 da 1\u00aa C\u00e2mara de Direito Empresarial do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo ao anular a habilita\u00e7\u00e3o de um cr\u00e9dito trabalhista na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial de uma empresa de consultoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O credor se insurgiu contra a habilita\u00e7\u00e3o por n\u00e3o ter sido intimado no incidente para se manifestar a respeito dos c\u00e1lculos do administrador judicial. O credor contesta o c\u00e1lculo e tem um valor diferente para a d\u00edvida.
