Por\u00e9m, gastos com vale-refei\u00e7\u00e3o, vale-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e uniformes seguem restritos a esses setores espec\u00edficos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Receita considerou que o vale-transporte, concedido a empregados que atuam diretamente na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de bens ou presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, \u00e9 uma despesa decorrente de imposi\u00e7\u00e3o da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O \u00f3rg\u00e3o vem alterando seu entendimento ap\u00f3s julgamento bilion\u00e1rio de recurso repetitivo no Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a. Na ocasi\u00e3o, a 1\u00aa Se\u00e7\u00e3o da corte afastou a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o restritiva sobre os insumos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em 2018, a Receita emitiu parecer t\u00e9cnico no qual mantinha sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o contra a tomada de cr\u00e9ditos dessas contribui\u00e7\u00f5es sobre gastos com vale-transporte.
