O novo limite m\u00e1ximo, no entanto, \u00e9 tempor\u00e1rio, e vale s\u00f3 at\u00e9 o dia 31 de mar\u00e7o de 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Al\u00e9m da atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do valor, a portaria\u00a0autoriza o julgamento de representa\u00e7\u00e3o de nulidade em sess\u00e3o virtual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/portaria-me-n-665-de-14-de-janeiro-de-2021-299078704\">Portaria\u00a0665<\/a>, divulgada hoje,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conjur.com.br\/2020-ago-12\/governo-eleva-limite-valor-julgamentos-virtuais-carf\">anulou<\/a>\u00a0a \u00faltima norma que tratou do tema, a portaria 296, que havia elevado o limite m\u00e1ximo de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o para R$ 8 milh\u00f5es.
