ELEVADO, TEMPORARIAMENTE, O LIMITE DE VALOR PARA JULGAMENTOS DE RECURSOS EM SESS\u00d5ES N\u00c3O PRESENCIAIS PELO CARF E AUTORIZADA A REALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DE JULGAMENTO DE REPRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE NULIDADE EM SESS\u00c3O VIRTUAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Portaria ME n\u00ba 665\/2021 eleva temporariamente, at\u00e9 31.03.2021, o limite de valor para julgamentos de recursos em sess\u00f5es n\u00e3o presenciais pelo Conselho Administrativo de Recursos Fiscais (Carf), bem assim autoriza a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de julgamento de representa\u00e7\u00e3o de nulidade em sess\u00e3o virtual.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com a norma em refer\u00eancia, fica estabelecido em R$ 12.000.000,00 o limite de valor previsto no \u00a7 2\u00ba do art. 53 do Anexo II \u00e0 Portaria MF n\u00ba 343\/2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O julgamento da representa\u00e7\u00e3o de nulidade de que trata o art. 80 do Anexo II \u00e0 Portaria MF n\u00ba 343\/2015, poder\u00e1 ocorrer em sess\u00e3o virtual por meio de videoconfer\u00eancia, nos termos de ato definido pelo Presidente do Carf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No mais, fica revogada a Portaria ME n\u00ba 296\/2020, que dispunha sobre o assunto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria ME n\u00ba 665\/2021 &#8211;
