ESTABELECIDAS AS SITUA\u00c7\u00d5ES EM QUE N\u00c3O HAVER\u00c1 FISCALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O ORIENTADORA PARA AS MICROEMPRESAS E EMPRESAS DE PEQUENO PORTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foi estabelecida as situa\u00e7\u00f5es que, por sua natureza, n\u00e3o sujeitam as microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o prioritariamente orientadora.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Portanto, o benef\u00edcio da dupla visita n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 aplicado quando constatado:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) trabalho em condi\u00e7\u00f5es an\u00e1logas \u00e0s de escravo ou trabalho infantil;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) infra\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.1) atraso no pagamento de sal\u00e1rio;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.2) acidente de trabalho, no que tange aos fatores diretamente relacionados ao evento, com consequ\u00eancia:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.2.1) significativa: les\u00e3o \u00e0 integridade f\u00edsica e\/ou \u00e0 sa\u00fade, que implique em incapacidade tempor\u00e1ria por prazo superior a 15 dias;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.2.2) severa: que prejudique a integridade f\u00edsica e\/ou a sa\u00fade, provocando les\u00e3o ou sequela permanentes; ou<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.2.3) fatal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.3) risco grave e iminente \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade do trabalhador, conforme irregularidades indicadas em Relat\u00f3rio T\u00e9cnico, nos termos da Norma Regulamentadora &#8211; NR 3;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b.4) descumprimento de embargo ou interdi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria SEPRT n\u00ba 396\/2021 &#8211;
