A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema e-Defesa traz diversas vantagens, dentre as quais:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Valida a autenticidade da notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de lan\u00e7amento;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Facilita a reda\u00e7\u00e3o da defesa, uma vez que s\u00e3o apresentadas as op\u00e7\u00f5es de alega\u00e7\u00f5es mais comuns para cada infra\u00e7\u00e3o constante da notifica\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Indica quais documentos devem ser entregues \u00e0 Receita Federal, de acordo com cada alega\u00e7\u00e3o constante da impugna\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Facilita a instru\u00e7\u00e3o do processo; e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Agiliza o julgamento da impugna\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Depois de gerar a impugna\u00e7\u00e3o, basta entrar no e-CAC, abrir um Dossi\u00ea Digital de Atendimento (DDA) do tipo IMPUGNA\u00c7\u00c3O DE NOTIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O DE LAN\u00c7AMENTO IRPF e juntar a defesa e os documentos que comprovam as alega\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Vale lembrar que o pagamento dos valores da Notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Lan\u00e7amento no prazo de impugna\u00e7\u00e3o (30 dias) d\u00e1 direito a desconto de 50% sobre a multa.
