por pessoas com defici\u00eancia f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A proposta \u00e9 do ex-deputado Dr. Sinval Malheiros (SP) e tramita na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cO projeto estende o prazo e, assim, d\u00e1 sequ\u00eancia a essa importante iniciativa, que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 viabiliza o trabalho dos taxistas, mas especialmente oferece condi\u00e7\u00f5es a que pessoas com defici\u00eancia adquiram ve\u00edculos com desconto do IPI, compensando em alguma medida os gastos com a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de acess\u00f3rios, equipamentos e adapta\u00e7\u00f5es especiais, necess\u00e1rios para o uso do autom\u00f3vel\u201d, defende Malheiros, no texto de justificativa da mat\u00e9ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ele acrescenta a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o afetar\u00e1 os or\u00e7amentos deste nem do pr\u00f3ximo ano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A proposta altera a Lei de Isen\u00e7\u00e3o do IPI para Compra de Autom\u00f3veis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tramita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O projeto tramita em car\u00e1ter conclusivo e ser\u00e1 analisado pelas comiss\u00f5es de Finan\u00e7as e Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o e de
