Esta estabelece regras sobre restitui\u00e7\u00e3o, compensa\u00e7\u00e3o, ressarcimento e reembolso, no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria da Receita Federal do Brasil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com a mudan\u00e7a, no contencioso administrativo fiscal de pequeno valor, o julgamento reativo a uma manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de inconformidade ser\u00e1 feito em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia por decis\u00e3o colegiada da Delegacia da Receita Federal do Brasil de Julgamento (DRJ). A manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de inconformidade, no caso, se refere a indeferimento de pedidos de restitui\u00e7\u00e3o, ressarcimento ou reembolso; ou, ainda, a n\u00e3o homologa\u00e7\u00e3o de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O &#8220;pequeno valor&#8221; a que se refere o artigo consiste em 60 sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos. Uma DRJ \u00e9 formada apenas por representantes da Uni\u00e3o.
