O caso vinha sendo apreciado pelo Plen\u00e1rio virtual do STF e seria conclu\u00eddo nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (10\/11).<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A ADI foi ajuizada pelo Partido Socialismo e Liberdade (PSol). At\u00e9 o pedido de vista, apenas o relator da a\u00e7\u00e3o, ministro Edson Fachin, havia se manifestado.
