O texto tramita na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A atividade de intelig\u00eancia ser\u00e1 exercida durante as fases de conhecimento e de execu\u00e7\u00e3o do processo, por delega\u00e7\u00e3o de juiz. Cada tribunal formar\u00e1 e qualificar\u00e1 os seus agentes de intelig\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Autor do projeto, o deputado Ricardo Silva (PSB-SP) afirma que o objetivo \u00e9 aproveitar o potencial dos oficiais de Justi\u00e7a, que podem exercer novas fun\u00e7\u00f5es para dar celeridade \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 coleta de provas (inspe\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, no jarg\u00e3o do CPC), o deputado diz que medida aperfei\u00e7oa a rotina judici\u00e1ria. Atualmente, esse tipo de atividade s\u00f3 pode ser feita pelo juiz, pessoalmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201c\u00c9 de conhecimento p\u00fablico que os ju\u00edzes brasileiros se encontram todos assoberbados com milhares de processos.
