O magistrado acolheu solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da Pravaler, empresa de cr\u00e9dito universit\u00e1rio, limitando as contribui\u00e7\u00f5es ao Sistema S.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A decis\u00e3o tem como base o artigo 4\u00ba da lei 6.950\/81, que delimita a base de c\u00e1lculo das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es parafiscais arrecadadas a 20 sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos.
