DOU 1 de 16.09.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Portaria Coana n\u00ba 66\/2019 alterou a Portaria Coana n\u00ba 57\/2019 , que disp\u00f5e sobre os procedimentos para habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e frui\u00e7\u00e3o dos benef\u00edcios do Regime Aduaneiro Especial de Entreposto Industrial sob Controle Informatizado (Recof) e do Regime Aduaneiro Especial de Entreposto Industrial sob Controle Informatizado do Sistema P\u00fablico de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital (Recof-Sped).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por for\u00e7a da nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada ao art. 10 da norma em refer\u00eancia, o recolhimento dos tributos suspensos relativos \u00e0s mercadorias importadas ao amparo do regime que forem destinadas ao mercado interno, nos termos do art. 27 da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.612\/2016 , ou do art. 37 da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.291\/2012 , dever\u00e1 ser realizado mediante registro de declara\u00e7\u00e3o de importa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) do tipo \u201c161 &#8211; NACIONALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O &#8211; DIVERSOS TIPOS DE RECOF\u201d, no caso de mercadorias importadas sem cobertura cambial; ou<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) do tipo \u201c181 &#8211; NACIONALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DE REGIME ADUANEIRO &#8211; RECOLHIMENTO INTEGRAL\u201d, no caso de mercadorias importadas com cobertura cambial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Na reda\u00e7\u00e3o anterior do mencionado dispositivo, o recolhimento dos tributos suspensos relativos \u00e0s mercadorias importadas ao amparo do regime que fossem destinadas ao mercado interno deveria ser realizado mediante registro de declara\u00e7\u00e3o de importa\u00e7\u00e3o do tipo \u201cSa\u00edda de Entreposto Industrial\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Portaria Coana n\u00ba 66\/2020 &#8211;
