{"id":11646,"date":"2020-09-09T10:04:29","date_gmt":"2020-09-09T13:04:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=11646"},"modified":"2020-09-09T10:04:29","modified_gmt":"2020-09-09T13:04:29","slug":"projeto-de-lei-camara-analisa-imposto-sobre-grandes-fortunas-com-aliquota-de-25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/09\/09\/projeto-de-lei-camara-analisa-imposto-sobre-grandes-fortunas-com-aliquota-de-25\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJETO DE LEI &#8211; C\u00c2MARA ANALISA IMPOSTO SOBRE GRANDES FORTUNAS COM AL\u00cdQUOTA DE 2,5%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Imposto sobre grandes fortunas incidiria sobre o valor de bens de quem tem patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido superior a R$ 50 milh\u00f5es.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Est\u00e1 em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados o Projeto de Lei Complementar 215\/20 que institui o Imposto sobre Grandes Forturnas (IGF), com al\u00edquota de 2,5% sobre o valor dos bens de pessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas que tenham patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido superior a R$ 50 milh\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com o texto, o novo imposto se aplica a im\u00f3veis para uso pessoal como:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">*Resid\u00eancia ou lazer com valor acima de R$ 5 milh\u00f5es;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">*Ve\u00edculos que custem mais de R$ 500 mil;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">*Embarca\u00e7\u00f5es com valor superior a R$ 1 milh\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">*Aeronaves com valor maior que R$ 5 milh\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O projeto define que, para fins de enquadramento no IGF, ser\u00e3o usados os valores dos bens declarados \u00e0 Secretaria da Receita Federal do Brasil.
