DOU 1 de 31.08.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CMN n\u00ba 4.852\/2020, que entrar\u00e1 em vigor em 1\u00ba.10.2020, altera o Regulamento Anexo I \u00e0 Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Bacen n\u00ba 4.373\/2014, que, entre outras provid\u00eancias, disp\u00f5e sobre aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de investidor n\u00e3o residente no Brasil nos mercados financeiro e de capitais no Pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com a altera\u00e7\u00e3o ora inclu\u00edda, o Regulamento Anexo I \u00e0 Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Bacen n\u00ba 4.373\/2014, passa a vigorar com as seguintes altera\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) a Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM) disciplinar\u00e1 o registro na Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios, podendo inclusive dispensar o investidor n\u00e3o residente pessoa f\u00edsica dessa obriga\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) excetua-se da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de constituir um ou mais custodiantes autorizados pela Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios, o investidor n\u00e3o residente pessoa f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) os ativos financeiros e os valores mobili\u00e1rios negociados, bem como as demais modalidades de opera\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras realizadas por investidor n\u00e3o residente pessoa f\u00edsica, decorrentes das aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de que trata este Regulamento, devem observar as mesmas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es e procedimentos aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de cust\u00f3dia para investidor residente pessoa f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CMN n\u00ba 4.852\/2020 &#8211;
