f\u00edsica ou intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre pessoas, a Receita Federal prorrogou at\u00e9 30 de outubro, a regra que permite a entrega de documentos em c\u00f3pia simples para alguns servi\u00e7os, por meio de e-mail ou envelopes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O contribuinte pode consultar o s\u00edtio eletr\u00f4nico da RFB (<a href=\"http:\/\/receita.economia.gov.br\/interface\/lista-de-servicos\">http:\/\/receita.economia.gov.br\/interface\/lista-de-servicos<\/a>) para verificar os canais de atendimento definidos para cada servi\u00e7o solicitado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A medida se justifica diante do atual contexto de pandemia e da recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o de isolamento social pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de sa\u00fade, o que ocasiona a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da busca por servi\u00e7os prestados em meio digital pela sociedade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Receita Federal alerta que ao enviar documentos digitais para juntada aos autos eletronicamente o contribuinte ou seu representante assumem a responsabilidade pelo teor e pela integridade dos documentos digitalizados, respondendo nos termos da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o civil, penal e administrativa por eventuais fraudes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os documentos enviados neste formato n\u00e3o afastam a possibilidade de a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica requerer a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos originais, a seu crit\u00e9rio, quando a lei expressamente o exigir ou quando for impugnada sua
