{"id":11331,"date":"2020-08-25T11:59:55","date_gmt":"2020-08-25T14:59:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=11331"},"modified":"2020-08-25T11:59:55","modified_gmt":"2020-08-25T14:59:55","slug":"tributos-e-contribuicoes-federais-revogados-305-decretos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/08\/25\/tributos-e-contribuicoes-federais-revogados-305-decretos\/","title":{"rendered":"TRIBUTOS E CONTRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES FEDERAIS &#8211; REVOGADOS 305 DECRETOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Decreto n\u00ba 10.473\/2020 &#8211; DOU 1 de 25.08.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Decreto n\u00ba 10.473\/2020 revogou, com efeitos a partir de 24.09.2020, 305 decretos publicados no per\u00edodo de 1956 a 2019, os quais j\u00e1 n\u00e3o produzem mais efeitos legais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A medida faz parte do projeto de consolida\u00e7\u00e3o projetado pelo Governo Federal, que determinou aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Poder Executivo que efetuassem a revis\u00e3o de suas normas com base no Decreto 10.139\/2019, vigente desde o in\u00edcio de fevereiro, bem como nos termos do art. 16 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 95\/1998 , que disp\u00f5e sobre a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o, a reda\u00e7\u00e3o, a altera\u00e7\u00e3o e a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das leis.
