O governo apresentou hoje ao Congresso projeto para acabar com o PIS e com a Cofins para substitui-los por uma Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CBS) de al\u00edquota \u00fanica, de 12%.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segundo Tostes, existem 71 mil processos sobre PIS e Cofins nas inst\u00e2ncias administrativas de julgamento da Receita \u2013 delegacias regionais e Carf. Isso significa 20% do total de a\u00e7\u00f5es em tr\u00e2mite, disse o secret\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No STJ, as duas contribui\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por 25% dos processos em que a Procuradoria da Fazenda Nacional atual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">J\u00e1 o Supremo Tribunal Federal reconheceu a repercuss\u00e3o geral sobre 22 processos sobre PIS e Cofins.
