A prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 no Decreto 10.414 de 2 de julho de 2020, publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o de hoje (3\/7).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Esta medida foi inicialmente anunciada no m\u00eas de abril deste ano com validade para o per\u00edodo de 3\/4\/2020 a 3\/7\/2020 (Decreto N\u00ba 10.305, de 1\u00ba de abril de 2020 ). Com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do novo decreto, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do IOF incidente sobre opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito teve prazo prorrogado e valer\u00e1 at\u00e9 2\/10\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 reduzida pelo mesmo per\u00edodo, a al\u00edquota adicional do IOF de 0,38% (trinta e oito cent\u00e9simos por cento), incidente sobre essas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito, a qual tem maior impacto sobre as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de curto prazo no momento em que as pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas necessitam de maior liquidez.
