{"id":10178,"date":"2020-07-01T10:24:55","date_gmt":"2020-07-01T13:24:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/?p=10178"},"modified":"2020-07-01T10:24:55","modified_gmt":"2020-07-01T13:24:55","slug":"administracao-tributaria-receita-federal-flexibiliza-regras-de-recepcao-de-documentos-nos-servicos-de-atendimento-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bonettiassociados.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/07\/01\/administracao-tributaria-receita-federal-flexibiliza-regras-de-recepcao-de-documentos-nos-servicos-de-atendimento-2\/","title":{"rendered":"ADMINISTRA\u00c7\u00c3O TRIBUT\u00c1RIA &#8211; RECEITA FEDERAL FLEXIBILIZA REGRAS DE RECEP\u00c7\u00c3O DE DOCUMENTOS NOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE ATENDIMENTO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.962\/2020 &#8211; DOU 1 de 30.06.2020 &#8211; Edi\u00e7\u00e3o Extra.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Secretaria da Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB) suspendeu at\u00e9 31.07.2020 (antes a suspens\u00e3o estava prevista para at\u00e9 29.05.2020), a efic\u00e1cia do art. 3\u00ba da Portaria RFB n\u00ba 2.860\/2017 , e do art. 35 da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.548\/2015 , relativas ao atendimento da RFB, em decorr\u00eancia da emerg\u00eancia de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica acarretada pelo Coronav\u00edrus (COVID-19).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nesse sentido, ser\u00e3o aceitos documentos em c\u00f3pia simples ou c\u00f3pia eletr\u00f4nica, obtida por meio de digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, para requisi\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os perante o atendimento da RFB no prazo anteriormente mencionado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segundo a RFB, foram flexibilizados \u201cos requisitos para recep\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos para servi\u00e7os prestados pelo atendimento, como, por exemplo, pedido de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de CPF.
