DOM S\u00e3o Paulo de 30.06.2020.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Foram prorrogadas, at\u00e9 14.07.2020, as medidas para redu\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto social e econ\u00f4mico decorrente das provid\u00eancias de restri\u00e7\u00e3o adotadas para o enfrentamento da pandemia ocasionada pelo Coronav\u00edrus (Covid-19) que haviam sido estabelecidas pelo Decreto n\u00ba 59.326\/2020 e disp\u00f5em sobre:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a) prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o da validade das Certid\u00f5es Conjuntas Negativas de D\u00e9bitos (tributos mobili\u00e1rios e imobili\u00e1rios) e das Certid\u00f5es Conjuntas Positivas com Efeitos de Negativa (tributos mobili\u00e1rios e imobili\u00e1rios) emitidas pela Secretaria Municipal da Fazenda;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b) suspens\u00e3o referente ao envio de d\u00e9bitos inscritos em d\u00edvida ativa, para fins de lavratura de protestos, aos Tabelionatos de Protestos de Letras e T\u00edtulos, diretamente ou por interm\u00e9dio da Central de Servi\u00e7os Eletr\u00f4nicos Compartilhados dos Tabeli\u00e3es de Protesto do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (Cenprot);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">c) suspens\u00e3o da inclus\u00e3o de pend\u00eancias no Cadastro Informativo Municipal (Cadin);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">d) suspens\u00e3o dos prazos para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de impugna\u00e7\u00f5es e de recursos tribut\u00e1rios;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Fica tamb\u00e9m suspenso at\u00e9 14 de julho o ajuizamento de execu\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais para cobran\u00e7a judicial e a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de outros mecanismos extrajudiciais de cobran\u00e7a dos d\u00e9bitos inscritos em d\u00edvida ativa, salvo daqueles que possam prescrever durante este per\u00edodo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Decreto n\u00ba 59.560\/2020 &#8211;
