A DASN-SIMEI, por sua vez, deve ser transmitida at\u00e9 31 de maio do ano-calend\u00e1rio subsequente ao da ocorr\u00eancia dos fatos geradores dos tributos previstos no Simei. Em 2020, o prazo foi prorrogado pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CGSN n\u00ba 153\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A entrega da declara\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o prazo fixado sujeitar\u00e1 o contribuinte a multa de 2% ao m\u00eas de atraso, limitada a 20%, sobre o valor total dos tributos declarados, ou o m\u00ednimo de R$ 50,00.
