simplificada.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com o Ato Declarat\u00f3rio n\u00b0 1 de 1\u00b0 de junho, publicado hoje (25) no di\u00e1rio oficial da uni\u00e3o, o acesso ao servi\u00e7o de consulta processamento PER\/DCOMP poder\u00e1 ser realizado mediante a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de certificados digitais v\u00e1lidos, ou por c\u00f3digo de acesso gerado no s\u00edtio da Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal na internet, no endere\u00e7o &lt;http:\/\/rfb.gov.br&gt;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>PER\/DCOMP<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00c9 um programa da receita onde \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que o contribuinte preencha, valide e grave o pedido de restitui\u00e7\u00e3o ou ressarcimento de quantias recolhidas a t\u00edtulo de tributo ou contribui\u00e7\u00e3o administrados pela Receita Federal do Brasil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O prazo para homologa\u00e7\u00e3o da compensa\u00e7\u00e3o declarada pelo sujeito passivo ser\u00e1 de cinco anos, contados da data da entrega da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Compensa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>IMPEDIMENTOS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">S\u00e3o vedados o ressarcimento, a restitui\u00e7\u00e3o, o reembolso e a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito do sujeito passivo para com a Fazenda Nacional, objeto de discuss\u00e3o judicial, antes do tr\u00e2nsito em julgado da decis\u00e3o que reconhecer o direito credit\u00f3rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">N\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser objeto de restitui\u00e7\u00e3o, de ressarcimento e de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o os cr\u00e9ditos relativos a t\u00edtulos judiciais j\u00e1 executados perante o Poder Judici\u00e1rio, com ou sem emiss\u00e3o de precat\u00f3rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
